- Solicitation SPE4A6-14-R-2033 / 0052920931 / NSN 5895-01-187-9355 / Multiplexer. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. No quantity option. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. There are 2 approved sources listed: Raytheon Co. (Cage: 49956, P/N G254077-2V2 and L-3 Communications (cage: 60583 / P/N: NAR8432). This a source controlled item. There is a classified drawing. This item has a Government First Article Testing Requirement with a Production Quantity of 214 each. The 2 approved sources are currently waived from the Government First Article Requirement. There is an Export Control Requirement as well. A classified drawing forms a part of the data package and will be supplied upon request after contract award submission by the contractor of DD Form 254. A confidential document is included in the Technical Data Package that supports this material. Contract award for this item is limited to those contractors that have a valid and current security classification level of "confidential" prior to award. FOB Origin - do not add transportation charges. The solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB: Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
