- Terms and condition of bid sale 0144-S0107A Listing of property associated with sale 0144-S0107A You are formally invited to submit a bid on the property listed in Sale 0144-S0107A. Colsa Corporation will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1(j) and FAR 45.6. The property is offered as One Lot, "as is - where is" in various states of condition. This has not been verified. See attachment for a list of property descriptions, quantity, and acquisition costs. You are strongly encouraged to inspect the property for description, condition, and quantity. If you cannot remove the property within ten (10) business days the next highest bidder will receive the award. Bids will be accepted during the following: Bid Period: July 17, 2014-August 14, 2014 5 p.m. EST NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You are encouraged to inspect the property during the bid period to ensure you have the capabilities to remove and transport the property.
