- 1. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal or Request for Quote. This is not to be misconstrued as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Response to this sources sought will not be considered as proposals/quotes nor will any award be made a result of this sources sought. The DC Air National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. 2. The purpose of this source sought is to conduct market research for the purchase of Cintas Corporation Uniforms/Apparel (mens/womens suit blazer, dress pants, dress shirts, vest and London Fog Coat or Equivalent) that are Berry Amendment Compliant (Reference DFAR Clause 252.225-7012). The primary purpose of this sources sought is to determine if this requirement can be set-aside for Small Business. The Government is interested in all small business to include 8(a), Service-Disable Veteran Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. This does not preclude Large Business from responding to this Notice. Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. 3. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 315190, Other Apparel Knitting Mills, and the corresponding size standard is 500 employees. The Government does intend to use this NAICS; however, the Government is open to other NAICS suggestions that might be more appropriate for this requirement. Provide justification as to why another NAICS may be more appropriate for this requirement and the Government will make the final determination as to what NAICS is more appropriate. 4. The Government requests interested parties to respond to this notice and provide the following information on the Sources Sought Request Form below: a.Company Information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Cage Code, and DUNS b.Identify if your company is a small business under the NAICS Code 315190. c.If your company is a small business, identified what subcategories of small business (e.g. Women-Owned). 5. This requirement is for the purchase Cintas Corporation Uniforms/Apparel (mens/womens suit blazer, dress pants, dress shirts, vest and London Fog Coat or Equivalent).
