- The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the U.S. Army, Research Development and Engineering Command, Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (RDECOM-ARDEC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a digital recorder for the Telemetry testing program. Recorder must be designed for Telemetry with the following requirements: 3U Rack Mountable 4-8 Analog Channels 4-8 Digital Channels 10BaseT Capable Up to 60 MHz Sample Rate per Channel Input Impedance Up to 1KOhm Input Level Up to 5 Volts Compatible with PC for Data Backup All interested sources must submit the requested information as follows: a)Provide evidence of the company's capabilities to include the Organization's name, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and business size. b)Description of facilities, personnel, past performance, and environmental compliance as it relates to the above end item. c)Provide evidence of Quality Assurance and Reliability programs to support the above end item. This market survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. The Government does not imply an intention or opportunity to acquire funding to support current or future development efforts. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this market survey. All information submitted will be held in a confidential status. The information provided should be marked by the submitter as proprietary and will not be returned. The information must be submitted fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this publication. Interested firms should submit their responses to both Nicole Stebal at Nicole.a.stebal.civ@mail.mil and Renee Prendergast at renee.k.prendergast.civ@mail.mil by the due date of this Market Survey.
