- PWS RFP Please visit <ahref="https://rfpez.sba.gov/projects/162">https://rfpez.sba.gov/projects/162</a> to bid or learn more about this project. The U.S. Department of Education (Department), Office of the Secretary (OS) seeks to make an award to a qualified contractor who shall provide technical support to design, develop and maintain externally-facing websites for the Office of Educational Technology within OS, including data visualizations, and to provide ongoing support for the Department's Learning Registry. The Learning Registry aggregates data about online education resources. Interested sources must submit information that demonstrates their ability to meet the requirements above, no later than July 29, 2014. Clarification questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on July 23, 2014. Any proposals and questions must be submitted electronically to the attention of Pavan.Mehrotra@ed.gov, Contract Specialist, with a concurrent copy to Jessalyn.Lord@ed.gov, Contracting Officer. Proposals shall include Solicitation Number, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, email, fax number, DUNS number, and size status under NAICS 541511 (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business, woman owned business, etc.). Offers must be valid for 90 calendar days after submission. Technical proposals are limited to 25 pages double-spaced, and no smaller than 12-point font, not including attachments. Proposals must be submitted by July 29, 2014. Offerors will be evaluated based on price and ability to meet the following solicitation requirements. The basis for the award will be best value through trade-offs; therefore, the Department may award to other than the lowest-priced offeror. See Form 1449, Solicitation. Please note that offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. In addition, the offeror must identify the contract administrator as required by clause 306-8. This solicitation and its corresponding provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-74. General Provision 309-1a; Form 1449, Solicitation; Performance Work Statement Due to a number of inquiries while the related synopsis was posted, the following information is hereby released: This requirement is a re-compete of Contract Number ED-OOS-13-P-5013, which has been performed by the incumbent Navigation North for a one-year period of performance.
