Description
This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to standardization requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. Vendor to construct software safety training website or module and real-time simulator for Chief Joseph Dam employees for the Hazardous Energy Control Program. Service to include training, testing/certification, recordkeeping and refresher education for approximately 150 personnel to meet U.S. Army Corps of Engineers safety requirements.
