The Pre-Solicitation Conference will take place during the week of 11 August 2014. Specific date(s) will be forthcoming. The Pre-Solicitation Conference is intended to give Industry partners the opportunity to ask questions and to provide feedback on the Government's draft Request for Proposal (RFP), which is being released with this notice. Industry partners are requested to submit specific questions and feedback regarding the draft documents via e-mail to Ms. Catrina Vitez at Catrina.vitez@navy.mil and Mr. Ronald Hickman at Ronald.a.hickman@navy.mil no later than 15:00 on 31 July 2014. This announcement is not a contract, a request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.
