Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 6 intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Omnicell Inc. for maintenance of 20 Supply Cabinets. The proposed contract action is for 31 Cabinets to include: -OmniCenter Server (CPC) Rack PC, no monitor included. 1 EA -One-Cell OmniSupplier Color Touch. 1 EA -Two-Cell OmniSupplier Color Touch. 3 EA -Three-Cell OmniSupplier Color Touch. 1 EA -One-Cell OmniSupplier Auxiliary. 1 EA -Two-Cell OmniSupplier Auxiliary. 7 EA -Three-Cell OmniSupplier Auxiliary. 1 EA -Two- Cell OmniSupplier G4. 3 EA -One-Cell Omnisupplier G4. 1 EA -Three-Cell OmniSupplier G4. 1 EA This procurement is in support of Charles George Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses received from the notice mentioned above and additional market research. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
