- Emergency Medical Services for National Forest within the Intermountain Region General Information Document Type: P = Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Type: RFQ Posted Date: June 12, 2014 Response Date: August 25, 2014 Set-Aside Total Small Set-Aside NAICS 621111 Solicitation No.: AG-02NV-S-14-0044 Description Quotes are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for Emergency Medical Services. For Forest Service employees who occasionally provide emergency medical care for employees and visitors associated with remote outdoor recreation and high risk work activates such as wildland fire operations and law enforcement. This contract consists of providing training, emergency medical direction, and quality assurance. The contract is for a base plus 2 options, total of 3 year contract. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Quotes. The approximate start work date will be August 1, 2014. Quotes are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, July 23, 2014. The solicitation will be available on approximately June 26, 2014 and may be downloaded from this site at that time. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
