- Wage Determination SF 1449 PWS Hand-carried bids must be deposited at the following address: 354th Contracting Squadron / LGCB Services Flight 2310 Central Avenue, Building 2258 Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, United States The sealed envelope or package used to submit the bid must be marked "DO NOT OPEN" and must show the time and date specified for receipt, the solicitation number (i.e. FA5004-14-B-0006), and the name and address of the bidder. Bidders are cautioned that Eielson AFB, AK, has visitor control procedures requiring individuals not affiliated with the installation to obtain a visitor pass prior to entrance. SOME DELAY SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED WHEN HAND-CARRYING BIDS.
