- The Department of Energy (DOE), Professional Development Division (PDD), Project Management Career Development Program (PMCDP) and Acquisition Career Management Program (ACMP) has a requirement for curriculum management and training analysis support services to include the design, development, delivery and evaluation of acquisition-related courses, and management of certification programs for DOE?s Acquisition Workforce as defined in DOE Order 316.1B. Details and Deadlines for this requirement are included in the Attachments - Pre-Solicitation Notice and DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
