For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX4L0007AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Three Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a quantity of 100 MIN/ 260 MAX each of Switch, Sensitive, NSN: 5930-01-289-5565, Part Number: 4110917-7 applicable to the CG OH-58 Kiowa weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 100 each, 187 Days After Contract Award with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Triumph Actuation Systems, LLC, Cage Code: 1SR57. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
