- Description
- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is to Construct the Fitness Center Parking Lot at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. The project includes work to excavate and grade area for a new parking lot, provide and place base courses and asphalt paving. Install curbing and sidewalks for parking lot and sidewalk for 24 hour Fitness Center entrance. Provide and apply paint for painting and striping parking lot. The contractor is responsible for providing all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials necessary to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract, Fitness Center Parking Lot at Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 05 Aug 2014. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 12 Sep 2014. The Performance Period for this project is ninety (90) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Job Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1 ). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 30 September 2014, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
