- THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The work consists of furnishing, delivering and operating one (1) cutterhead, hydraulic pipeline dredge (not less than 22-inch diameter), fully operated with attendant plant and personnel, with a draft not to exceed 9 feet, for construction and maintenance dredging within the Vicksburg District, other Districts within the Mississippi Valley Division, or Districts adjacent to the Vicksburg District. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and Specifications will be available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at http://www.fbo.gov and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Bidders are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to posted solicitation. Issue date on or about 5 August 2014. Bid opening date on or about 4 September 2014 at 1400 hours.
