- This pre-solicitation notice is for a contractor to laydown 3' of hot mix asphalt and compaction on approximately 3,300 sq yds at the Holzworth Historic Site Parking Area, approximately 8 miles north of Grand Lake, CO, in Rocky Mountain National Park. The estimated price range is $100,000 - $250,000. This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business. the NAICS code for this requirement is 237310, and the small business size standard is less than $33.5 million in annual sales. The solicitation will be posted to Fedbizopps.gov and Fedconnect.net on or about August 8, 2014 with an approximate proposal due date of August 22, 2014.
