- 1. Purpose: The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to identify businesses interested in this requirement and capable of satisfying the scope of services detailed below. 2. Scope of Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other incidentals necessary to provide technical and administrative training and training-related support, courseware support (development/review/revision), and training schedule management services for OC-ALC/OBT In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) or at other government-arranged facilities when facilities are not available at TAFB. Materials shall include but are not limited to all printed instructional material, student handbooks, workbooks, handouts, end-of-course critiques, and any material required for course development efforts. This training support shall include courseware development of new courseware as well as revisions/updates of existing courseware. The contractor shall provide classroom-based training, some of which may include practical hands-on applications training using actual equipment in a fully-functional shop environment, as needed, on dates mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). A partial listing of typical courses for instruction and courseware support is contained in paragraph 4. below. Interested Parties: Interested parties should provide a corporate capabilities package to include professional qualifications; specialized experience and technical competence; past performance with government agencies and private industry; location in the general geographical area of the requirement; average annual volume of Federal work. Also indicate your organization's type of business (i.e. small, large, governmental, etc.).
