Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, DC intends to solicit for Brand Name product for IBM i2 Analyst Notebook user license with support and maintenance. The contract will be for one (1) year base period and three (3) option periods of performance. The contract will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. This contract action is for software for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which may be considered by the agency for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of statements, proposal, or quotations. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Ms. Takela Morris at MorrisT@sec.gov no later than 2:00 PM, EST, July 25, 2014.
