- Improve Pinnacles Campground Water System: Water Mains and Storage Tank, Pinnacles National Park, San Benito County, California. This Amendment provides a two day extension for receipt of proposals due to conflicting information discovered in the soliciation regarding the past performance forms, which was clarified via Amendment 3 on Friday, July 18, 2014. As clarified, the offeror must complete Sections I and II of the forms, and then coordinate the completion of the rest of the form with former clients, then submit the completed form with their bid package. This was stated clearly in the solicitation, but the instructions on the form itself were unclear. The revised past performance forms are provided as attachments to this Amendment as a courtesy and may be used. However, offerors may still submit fully completed forms using the prior form version if they have already sent them off to their past clients, as long as the forms are returned fully completed (ALL SECTIONS). Proposals shall now be due Friday, July 25, 2014 by 3:00 pm PDT.
