The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for COMSOL Licenses with annual support and upgrades to include the following: 1) COMSOL Multiphysics, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer, License# 2077627, 12 months subscription: 09/01/2014 through 08/31/2015 2) AC/DC Module, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer, License# 2077627, 12 months subscription: 09/01/2014 through 08/31/2015 3) ECAD Import Module, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer, License# 2077627, 12 month subscription: 09/01/2014 through 08/31/2015 4) LiveLink for Excel, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer, License# 2077627, 12 month subscription: 09/01/2014 through 08/31/2015 5) RF Module, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer, License# 2077627, 12 month subscription: 09/01/2014 through 08/31/2015 6) Wave Optics Module, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer, License# 2077627, 12 month subscription: 09/01/2014 through 08/31/2015 7) COMSOL Multiphysics, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer. 8) AC/DC Module for use with COMSOL Multiphysics, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer. 9) ECAD Import Module for use with COMSOL Multiphysics, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer. 10) LiveLink for Excel for use with COMSOL Multiphysics, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer. 11) RF Module for use with COMSOL Multiphysics, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer. 12) Wave Optics Module for use with COMSOL Multiphysics, Single User CPU-Locked License (CPU). for (1) computer. This is a Sole Source with COMSOL, Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1. COMSOL, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement because they are the sole developer, manufacturer, and provider of this software in the USA. This software is necessary to be used in conjunction with existing COMSOL software. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that COMSOL, INC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
