Description
Statement of Requirements General Description of Performance Requirements and Features of the System: The Case Cart System must be a closed body system constructed of Stainless steel, Type 300 Series, non-magnetic. Each cart must contain a pan shaped and stepped down bottom, sloped to facilitate draining. Resultant body shell should be bolted to the chassis, and protected by an encircling rubber bumper set in a stainless steel channel. It needs to be equipped with swivel plate casters with one swivel lock, constructed as such; Standard 6" stainless-steel casters with polyurethane wheels. Each caster should be weight rated at 300 pounds. A tubular push handle must be provided at one end of the cart for ease of handling. The Cart should be equipped with double hinged door(s) constructed with paddle latch pulls on leading edges and operate on offset hinges permitting full 270 degree swing. The cart will contain a positive spring acting clips at cart ends to capture doors in their full open positions for cart washing or operating room use. Each Cart will have 3 Custom removable, pull-out type, solid perforated stainless steel shelves. Shelves should slide on adjustable angle sliders, to facilitate draining. Lifetime Limited warranty on workmanship and material defects will be provided by Vendor. "Useable interior space of 22.50 cu ft.
