- Specifications for Reference This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number F4AT824182AG01 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332311. The small business size standard is 500 employees. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13. This RFQ consists of the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Quantity 1 lot- Explosive storage magazine (shed), outdoor type 2 in accordance with US Government spec magazine (NSWC 3046-93-1). 12' X 8' X 8' (3657mm x 2438mm x 2438mm) Type 2 Class ABC (see Specifications for Reference attachment, § 555.208). Must include; high security double doors, doors will be placed in the middle of the 12' Side, isolated ground plates, painted tan, and skids, this will be located on either concrete or gravel. EVALUATION FACTORS: In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factor(s) considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Capability 2. Price Technical Capability: Offeror's containers will be evaluated against the specifications listed in CLIN 0001 and the attached specs on a pass/fail basis.
