Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Fayetteville VAMC, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC 28301, will be soliciting offerors for one (1)Walk-in Bally Refrigerated Boxes, Model 138543-1-2-RJR; (2) Refrigeration 1 BLC-2lead lag control; (3) Warranty 5 years compressor only (4) Installation; (5) Install charge for freezer truck; and (6) Install dumpster charge for removal. A request for quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 25, 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 333415, Size Standard: 500, and the Classification code is 7310. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1.Company name and DUN # 2.POC information 3.Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.Is this item available on FSS Schedule? If so, provide contract #. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov.
