Description

This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial services. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia has established a requirement for: A 3-1/2" Steel Ring, All material will be HY-100 and meet T9074-BD-GIB-010/0300-HY-100 Type 2 3.5" +0.125 thick x 84" + 0.0/-0.25 ID Ring and a 1-1/4" Steel Plate, All material will be HY-100 and meet T9074-BD-GIB-010/0300-HY100 Type 2 1.25"+.06/-0.0 thick x 96"+.5/-0.0 wide x 176"+.5/-0.0 long Plate. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only small businesses. This is a notice of intent and does not constitute a solicitation. The solicitation will be made available 6 August 2014. All offers received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
