The Department of Veterans Affairs, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (NCO 16), located at 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport LA 71101, intends to issue a Solicitation for on-line access to 84 medical reference databases to include, but not limited to AAFP Conditions A to Z, AAOS Comprehensive Orthopedic Review, ACP Evidence-Based Guide to complementary and alternative medicine, 4 ACP Journal Club, Advanced assessment: Interpreting findings and formulating differential diagnoses, Ambulatory Care Procedures for the Nurse Practitioner, American Dietetic Association Guide to diabetes: Medical Nutrition therapy and education, Atlas of Gastrointestinal Surgery, vol. 2, Cancer Basics, Cardiac Surgery Essentials for Critical Care Nursing, Cardiovascular nutrition: disease management and prevention, Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Guidelines and Recommendations for Practice, Chronic Illness: Impact and Intervention, Clinical guide to antineoplastic therapy: A chemotherapy handbook. The performance period will be from 09/01/2014 - 08/31/2019 under NAICS code 519130-Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and web Search Portals. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside made available through www.fbo.gov on or about August 4, 2014. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be considered for award. No telephone calls will be accepted.
