Project will include but not be limited to; demolition, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing finishes, and construction and certain other items. NAICS code is 236220 is applicable to this solicitation. The small business size standard is $33.5M. The construction cost range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d).
