- Michigan Creek Fish Passage The Pike National Forest has a requirement for Michigan Creek Fish Passage. Work consists of furnishing labor, equipment and materials for the replacement of the existing drainage structure on National Forest System Road 54 (Mile Post 3.4) at Michigan Creek with a new aluminized pipe arch designed for fish passage. Work will include the removal of the existing culvert (76" x 57" x 38'), and furnishing and installing one new aluminized pipe arch (11' - 10" x 7' - 7" x 42'). Work will also include clearing and grubbing, earthwork, rirap placement, stream excavation, stream simulation, aggregate and geotextile placement, erosion control, and traffic control. Work shall occur in the Pike National Forest, South Park Ranger District, Park County, Township 7 South, Range 76 West, Section 28. Set Aside: Total Small Business NAICS 237310-Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction No Site Visit is currently scheduled. All solicitation documents will be posted to this website approximately 07 August 2014. Proposals are estimated to be due 21 days after issue of solicitation ( actual due date will be listed in the solicitation ). This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
