- Hazardous Materials Wage Determinations SCA Statement of Work Justification and Approval 1449 Soliciation The contractor shall provide on-site preventative maintenance and repairs to the Scriptcenter refill center in accordance witgh the statement of work provided in the SF 1449 Solicitation with the POP 1-OCT-2014 to 30-SEP-2015 with 2 option years. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source to Asteres Inc in accordance with the attached Justification and Approval.
