Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, (NCO 16), located at 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport LA 71101, has a requirement for the full Joanna Briggs online evidence based medical research database. The anticipated performance period will be from September 1, 2014 - August 31, 2019 under NAICS code 519130-Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and web Search Portals. This notice is not a solicitation; therefore, no award will result from any information received in response to this posting. The Government anticipates an unrestricted acquisition strategy; therefore, interested responsible sources should submit capabilities statements to the Contracting Officer no later than 08:00 A.M. July 30, 2014. Capabilities statements should minimally include the following data: pricing, socio-economic status, security capabilities/standards, availability of utilization reports, technical support capabilities and FSS schedule as applicable. Responses must show clear and convincing evidence that restricting competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested parties must be registered with System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. No telephone calls will be accepted.
