- Description
- The project consists of constructing a permanent foundation for a new modular building; installing and connecting utility infrastructure, including water, natural gas, sewer and electric to the building; installing a new natural gas system; installing a new sewer line; constructing covered access ramps; constructing concrete sidewalks; and completing final site grading. This project also consists of completing required earthwork and finish grading to construct a level pad for the building. Optional items may include an aggregate or asphalt parking lot for the bunkhouse. The project is located at 499 N. 2400 E. in St. Anthony, Fremont County, Idaho. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request For Quote (RFQ). The performance period for the completion of the project is 180 calendar days. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, August 29, 2014. The estimated price range is $25,001 to $150,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately August 7, 2014, and may be downloaded from this site at that time. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
