- ASHLAND ROAD RECONSTRUCTION III This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm-fixed price construction contract for the Ashland Road Reconstruction Phase III located at within the vicinity of Medford district area of responsibility, Ashland Resource Area. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The performance period is from June 15, 2015 through November 11, 2015. The NAICS code is 237310 and the small business size standard is $33.5M. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
