- This pre-solicitation notice is for a contractor to lay down 3' of hot mix asphalt and compaction at 6 different locations on the East side of Rocky Mountain National Park, totalling approximately 3,975 square yards.This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237310 and the small business size standard is less than $33.5 million in annual sales. The estimated price range for this requirement is $100,000 - $250,000. The solicitation will be posted to Fedbizopps.gov and Fedconnect. net on or about August 8, 2014 with an approximate proposal due date of August 22, 2014. The solicitatioin will be available by downloading from the internet only. Telephone and fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
