- U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements : State: KS City: Manhattan Delineated Area: Manhattan CBD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,400 Maximum Sq. Ft.
