- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 for VA North Texas Health Care System, intends to negotiate a contract with ERA Health, LLC d/b/a Veterans Health Medical Supply, Fort Worth, Texas for purchase of a Spy Elite Intraoperative Perfusion Assessment System including the following: LC3000Spy Elite Device1Each LC30066-Pack Single Vial Kits3Each LC30126-Pack Double Vial Kits3Each Additional One (1) Year Warranty1Each Training1Each The statutory authority for this procurement is FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i), Authorized or Required by Statute. NAICS code is 339113. A firm-fixed price delivery order with no option years is anticipated. This is not a solicitation or request for quotes and no solicitation package will be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
