- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command(MICC) Fort McCoy has a requirement for the installation of two underground circuits and two underground communications lines from range control tower approximately 1,000 meters to target houses at Range 18 at Fort McCoy, WI. The proposed procurement is offered as a HUBZone set aside under NAICS 238210 with a corresponding small business size standard of $15.0 Million. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued as an invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed price type contract. The primary North American Industry Classifications System, (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Contractors. The invitation for Bids will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 15, 2014. See solicitation for verification and further details.
