- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide electrical construction services to projects in the Naugatuck River Basin. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: May include supply of electrical materials, service panel replacement or upgrades, service transformer replacement, underground service line repair or upgrade, etc. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be a period of one year with two available option periods. This solicitation will be available on or about 8 August 2014 with an anticipated quote due date of 1 September 2014. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. All additional information will be available when the solicitation is posted. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
