- THIS MODIFICATION IS TO REMOVE 1 ITEM FROM THE ORIGINAL LIST MAKING THE NEW TOTAL OF 37 ITEMS AND ALSO MAKE THIS PROCUREMENT COMMERCIAL; ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Eric Tippit, Contract Specialist, email: eric.l.tippit.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Aviation Logistics Directorate intends to issue a five-year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract which covers various UH-60 Black Hawk Spares. The proposed acquisition consists of 37 nomenclatures, National Stock Number (NSNs), Army Part Numbers (APNs) with maximum quantities for each item. Orders will be placed against this contract as requirements materialize for the various items for Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 through FY 2018. This requirement is restricted to Robertson Fuel Systems, L.L.C. (CAGE: 1T765), the only known source who possesses the unique skills, technical data, production techniques and/or quality control to produce these items. Robertson Fuel Systems, L.L.C. possess the personnel, facilities, special test equipment and exclusive corporate knowledge to manufacture and perform special tests required in performance of this contract. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar. Questions concerning SAR submissions can be directed to the ED SAR Team at EDSAR@amrdec.army.mil or call the SAR Team at 256-313-8978, 256-313-0341 or 256-313-8994. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
