- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F6T3CE4148AW03 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75, 1 July 2014 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20140721. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 238220 with the total earned dollar value not to exceed $14M. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: 1(ea.) Air Handler for Hangar 1033 on Fairchild AFB, WA 99011. No installation is needed, however we do not know what make/model would adequately work for this facility. *A site visit will be conducted for this requirement on Thursday 31 July at 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
