- Wages RFQ FAR Clause Drawings Statement of Work (SOW) RFQ Cover Letter SF18 THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required for the replacement and connection of one (1) new 1000 gallon Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) for diesel heating fuel in the Aviation Hill Housing Area. Contractor will evaluate the size and condition of the existing concrete pads and piping to determine if they can be reused for the new fuel tank. Contractor is responsible for providing and installing one (1) new 1000 gallon double wall steel above ground tanks. Contractor must be IAW SOW. This project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Request that all quotes have a minimal of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: The government will provide diesel fuel for the new ASTs as they are installed. Performance Period is 45 days from award. Contract is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of preconstruction, construction schedule, site specific safety plan, temporary traffic and fencing plan, and quality assurance plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD August 12, 2014, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Base Support Unit, Kodiak, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $50,000. SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE UPLOADED TO FEDBIZ OPS.
