Description

Price Pending NSN List The Government intends to issue a modification to the Oshkosh Defense LLC (CAGE 75Q65) long term contract SPM7LX-14-D-9001 to add a Price Pending Contract Line Item (CLIN) IAW Clause I16C04-Addition/Deletion of Items, to support low demand sole source NSNs. The NSNs that will be included under this Price Pending CLIN have Oshkosh Corporation as the sole approved source and are listed at the end of this notice. The listed items will be procured as "ALL or NONE" per NSN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote to the point of contact above for consideration. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available on these NSNs. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical date; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).
