- Sole Source Justification THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for the reimbursement of the University Of Miami Purchasing Department for telephone services, copier usage, and postal services that is provided to AFROTC Detachment 155, located on the University of Miami Campus. Period of performance is 01 October 2014 to 30 September 2015. Four one-year options may be awarded. This is a Sole Source requirement with the University of Miami Purchasing Department IAW FAR 6.302-1. University of Miami Purchasing Department is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement because the AFROTC Detachment 155 is located on the University of Miami Campus. No formal solicitation documents will be issued. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611310 code. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that University of Miami is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
