Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for designing, furnishing and installing a new 7.5 ton package HVAC system with electrical resistance heat, ductwork, thermal sensors, pressure sensors, dampers, diffusers, grills and controls; designing, furnishing and installing safety exhaust in the battery room; design, furnish and install a standalone wall mounted humidifier system including water supply and drain lines in the Control Room; furnishing and installing exhaust fans and ductwork in the janitors closet and toilet room; furnishing and installing new suspended ceilings and gypsum board ceilings in all rooms except the battery room; furnishing and installing new light fixtures in all rooms; designing, furnishing and installing materials for a complete electric system incorporating and maintaining existing panels, receptacles and certain equipment and adding materials and circuits to serve new light fixtures and new HVAC equipment. Unused holes created in interior and exterior wall shall be patch in kind with masonry block and with gypsum board partition. Existing suspended ceilings including panels and grid bar will be demolished by others and existing light fixtures in those ceilings will be suspended from the roof by others to provide temporary light during construction. The contractor will demolish existing HVAC equipment as shown on the demolition plan and will demolish existing light fixtures, electrical switches, receptacles and circuits as necessary to provide the new complete electrical system. The work is located approximately 8 miles west of Emmett, Idaho in Gem County. Contractors shall provide all supplies, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the subject project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 238220. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $14.0 million. The order of magnitude for this project is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00. This procurement is being advertised as a Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible Women Owned Small Businesses.
