- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Warfighter Science, Technology & Applied Research Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one responsible source to GOULSTON TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Monroe, NC. to provide chemical, Lurol NF-9273 with a spin finish used for lubrication purposes during fiber manufacturing operations, the proprietary components within the specialized formulation which are being utilized. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325613.
