- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.203, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, issues a combined synopsis and solicitation for Request for Quotation (RFQ), No. W9128A-14-T-0017. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District, Fort Shafter, Hawaii contemplates awarding approximately 10 Small Business Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to establish a list of qualified suppliers to be used for a multiple award Blanket Purchase (BPA) for Field and Laboratory Quality Assurance Testing for military installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 with an industry size standard of $15.0 Million. The estimated length of the BPAs is 3 years. Total value of the BPAs is $100,000.00. Maximum estimated value of each BPA call is $2,500.00. Interested firms should forward their firm's information, including the Point of Contact e-mail and telephone number, to Deloney.p.denson@usace.army.mil and jennifer.i.ko@usace.army.mil by August 22, 2014. The quoter shall provide a current validation certificate for the required tests sited on the Pricelist and the attached Master Pricelist sheet. It's the firm's responsibility to check the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov for any posted changes to the solicitation. Offerors must have and/or maintain an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov website to be eligible for a Government contract award.
