- Answers to Questions This effort was originally posted on 23 May 2014 under solicitation number FA852914R0001. It was posted under AFLCMC/HB and is now being continued under solicitation number FA852914R0002 due to change in registration in FBO from AFLCMC/HB to PK/PZ at Robins AFB, GA- where cognizant Contracting and Program Management reside. The Contracting Officer is now Allen Parkerson, AFLCMC/HBKAB. The POC information remains the same as the initial notification and is listed herein. Answers to Follow Up questions are posted with this notification.
