- CLIN Part #'s This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-14-Q-2728. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the sole make and model MATLAB Software Licenses for support of the Signal Analysis System (SAS). In order to continue compatibility and interoperability only MATLAB software can be obtained. Any other possible software would require re-writing the existing code database and cost the Government tens of thousands of dollars. Exact P/N's, # of Users and POP are attached. No substitution items allowed. CLIN 0001-0017 Various MATLAB Licenses and Maintenance *Exact P/N's. Attached.* This is procurement is Unrestricted. NAICS code is 334614, size standard 750 employees. F.O.B. Destination NUWCDIVNWPT Newport, RI. Delivery required NLT 3 days from receipt of order. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular 2005-72. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items.
