THIS IS AN EMERGENCY REQUEST AND REQUIRES THE DELIVERY LEAD TIME TO BE NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS ARO. This medication is to be delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Chelmsford CMOP 10 Industrial Ave Chelmsford, MA 01824-3610. The RFQ# VA255-14-Q-1532 shall be posted on FedBizOpps on or around July 25, 2014 and will close no later than 0700 CST on August 4, 2014.
