- Description
- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai, India is working on a collaborative effort in clinical studies of tuberculosis. The study is devoted to the development that leads to a better understanding and treatment of the disease. National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai, India has worked with NIAID on this study for the past two (2) years. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All responsible sources who feel they can meet these requirements shall submit their capability to perform these services that will be considered by the Agency. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offers must be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Thursday, August 7, 2014. Point of contact concerning this requirement is Tonia L.
