- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 17) intents to negotiate a sole source follow-on contract for Mobile PET/CT Scanner and Technologist Services to be provided to the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Temple VA Medical Center, Temple, TX with Healtheon, Inc. The contract will be established for a three-month period. The Government intends to award the contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document is available. These services are being procured from the incumbent contractor on a short term bases until VA purchased equipment is installed in an effort to provide continuity of services and ensure patient care is not compromised. ? ? ?
