- NSN 3120-01-418-0810, Bearing, Sleeve. The approved sources are Kaydon Corporation, CAGE 32828, P/N 901-311-450-103, Bell Helicopter/Textron Inc., CAGE 97499, P/N 901-311-450-101 & P/N 901-311-450-103 and MPB Corporation/DBA Timken Aerospace, CAGE 78118, P/N 901-311-450-101. Item is solicited Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Item is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Source Controlled item. Required delivery is 203 days after receipt of order. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The IQC contains 3-year base plus one 2-year option period. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 74 each for the base and option periods. Item is in support of the Osprey V-22A Aircraft. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation closing date is September 12, 2014. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). DIBBS offers are unacceptable.
