Description

July 29, 2014 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22, Network Contracting Office, intends to release a solicitation to acquire service, preventive maintenance and general maintenance of Government owned anesthesia equipment. Contracted effort shall provide all service, preventive maintenance and general maintenance of Government owned anesthesia equipment in accordance with the manufacturers service manuals and procedures. The Government owned anesthesia equipment is manufactured by Datex-Ohmeda. Contractor personnel must possess certification to perform maintenance of Datex-Ohmeda anesthesia equipment from the manufacturer. Contractor shall have the ability to procure parts from manufacturer and non-manufacturer parts will NOT be accepted. This notice does not constitute an RFQ/RFP. The Contractor shall have the ability to perform maintenance functions in all four VISN 22 medical facilities listed below. On-site location include Long Beach, CA; West Los Angeles, CA; Loma Linda, CA; and San Diego, CA. Solicitation notice should be released on or about July 2, 2014. Telephone responses shall NOT be accepted.
